The theme of the service today will be Remembrance - the futility of war. Given the huge numbers of people dying in Palestine, Ukraine and elsewhere, it seems lessons of the past are not being learnt. This morning we’ll be thinking about past and present conflicts in words and music. Come and join us for an hour or so.

We’re visited this morning by the LDPA District Minister, the Rev. C J McGregor. He brings a wealth of experience of ministry here, and in the US, and has oversight of all the Unitarian churches in the London and District area. This stretches from Oxford to Brighton and includes 24 churches and chapels.

Join us at the Old Meeting House to celebrate the start of Christmas week in words and music. Lots of carols to sing and we’ll be accompanied by Helen Fayrefax’s Baroque Musicians as well as Stephen Williamson on the organ. Drinks and mince pies to follow. Everyone is welcome.
